I previously headed up Enterprise Sales for Europe at Builder.ai, a software platform that uses AI and a network of developers to create tailor-made software where I gained commitment from Fortune 50-500 clients like BP, KPMG and Wipro.
As the first man on the ground at Builder.ai, my role included defining the sales strategy and processes as well as hiring and mentoring a high-performance sales team of 5 people. My efforts contributed significant revenue to a Softbank backed start up where targets are challenging, and the expectations are high.
I also defined and executed the product vision for Builder’s flagship product, Studio including the implementation of natural language processing as a way of taking briefs and defining what the product specification of the customer is. I worked with artificial intelligence and machine learning teams to define feature hierarchies and create an AI-powered chatbot which anticipates customer requests & provides relevant information based on a knowledge graph of previous user requests.
